Found this technical routine from MAY that I completely forgot to share with you! 😍
I was about to leave for vacation back then, and somehow this video got lost in my camera roll.
Watching it again reminded me how much I LOVE our 2-hour class format!
We had time for everything: heels basics, technical routines AND choreography. And honestly, I think this combination is one of the best ways to improve your dancing.
Because learning choreography is one thing, but building the technique behind every movement is what really makes the difference.
These days, we still have this 2-hour format in our Thursday High Heels Beginner Intensive, where we get to work on both technique and choreography without rushing through either.
