The last chapter of this year, and it’s the most festive one ✨ For the final weeks of the year, @femotion.ch is full of choreography, Christmas energy and girls who came for the dance and stayed for each other ❤️ Classes for complete beginners and for dancers ready for more, a Christmas choreography, final video shoots and a Christmas party to close the year together. Whether you’ve been dancing with us all year or you’re thinking about your very first class, there’s a place for you this season 💃🏼 Swipe and choose where you want to end 2026 👠 Everything in one place. Save it so you don’t have to search for it later 🤍 You’ve learned the basics. Now it’s time to actually dance 🖤 This group is for dancers who are still at a beginner level but already know the essential High Heels foundations: • walking in heels • basic balance and weight transfer • simple body movements • basic floorwork and transitions • learning and remembering short combinations You don’t need to feel confident in every element. You only need a basic understanding of High Heels and the wish to go deeper. The choreography is explained clearly and step by step, with enough time to repeat the details and work through the harder parts until they feel like yours. On the final day we film it, and you’ll see yourself dance a complete piece from start to finish 🎥 🗓️ Mondays · 18:00–19:30 For the girl who’s past „am I doing this right?“ and ready for „how do I make this unforgettable?“ 🔥 This group is for dancers who already feel comfortable with the High Heels foundations and have experience learning choreography. It’s for you if: • you dance in heels regularly • you feel comfortable with technique and floorwork • you can learn choreography at a faster pace • you want to challenge your coordination and movement quality We spend less time breaking down the basics and more time on dynamics, musicality, transitions, performance and your own expression. Every class ends with you feeling a little more confident and a little more yourself. 🗓️ Mondays · 19:30–21:00 💎 Can’t choose? Join both groups. You’ll learn two different choreographies with two different moods and styles. Our favo by @femotion.ch
If you think DANCING is not for you or you’re not talented/flexible/attentive/confident enough to start, WATCH THIS VIDEO! ‼️ This is the real case of a true woman’s dedication, hard work, patience, consistency, day-to-day small steps and constant belief in herself despite all ,,WHY NOT’s’’ 🙏🏻 My beautiful girl @marinabuecheler , I am so happy that you’ve put that trust in yourself and me as your tutor to guide and lead you through this beautiful journey of dancing. My heart is so full and I’m endlessly proud of your progress ❤️ And to all the ladies that ARE THINKING and ARE HESITANT whether they should start dancing or not, the answer is simple: while you’re waiting, someone else is already becoming a more confident, sensual, feminine woman that would have 0 regrets once upon a time she’s missed on an amazing opportunity.. 💫 #fyp #foryou #inspiration #motivation #womenempowerment by @femotion.ch
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT HEELS FOR BEGINNERS IN HEELS DANCE 👠 If you’re just starting your heels journey, your shoes matter more than you think. The right pair will help you feel confident, safe, and progress faster. Here’s what I always recommend 👇 1. Start with the Right Heel Height For beginners, I suggest 7–10 cm. This height helps you build balance and strength without overloading your body. 2. No Platform — Feel the Floor Choose heels without a platform. A thin sole helps your foot feel the connection with the floor, improves control, and develops proper technique. 3. Open Toe Only Always choose open-toe shoes. Avoid narrow, closed-toe styles — they limit movement and reduce your connection with the floor. 4. Strong Ankle Support Is a Must Your heels should cover and firmly support your ankles. The shoe must fix your foot properly — this is key for stability and injury prevention. 5. Be Careful with Mesh Shoes In most cases, I don’t recommend mesh (net) heels. They stretch quickly, lose support, and stop holding your foot properly. If you really love this style and still want to try it, make sure to buy it from high-quality professional stores. Most cheap versions (especially low-quality imports) don’t give proper support — and many girls simply can’t even stand confidently in them. 6. About “Pumps” (Classic Closed Heels) Dancing in classic pumps is very trendy right now — and yes, it looks beautiful and aesthetic. I sometimes do it too. BUT — if you’re a beginner and have never danced in heels before, this requires strong technique and control. That’s why I do not recommend pumps for beginners at all. 7. Choose Quality Over Trends Yes, there are many cheap, beautiful, and creative heels out there — and I sometimes buy them for shoots too. But for regular training, always invest in quality shoes from professional dance stores. Your body will thank you. ✨ Want My Favorite Shops? Choose them wisely — and your confidence will grow with every class 💃🔥 by @femotion.ch
How many times have you watched a High Heels dance video and thought, “I wish I could do that”? 👀 Well, what if you actually gave it a try? You don’t need to be flexible, have dance experience, or even know how to walk in heels. That’s exactly why we have beginner classes! At FEMOTION, we start with the basics, build your confidence step by step, and make sure you feel comfortable from your very first class. And who knows? Maybe this will become your favorite part of the week. ❤️ ✨ Registration for our November & December courses in Zürich is NOW OPEN! 💌 Comment “SEASON” or send me a DM, and I’ll send you all the details. See you on the dance floor! by @femotion.ch
Almost forgot to show you my gorgeous girls from High Heels From Zero! 🥹👠 Can we please appreciate them for a second?! Some of these girls had never danced in heels before. Some were nervous, some were convinced they had absolutely no coordination, and some probably questioned their decision about 10 minutes into the first class 😂 And now LOOK AT THEM!! One thing I’m really proud of is the atmosphere we’ve created at @femotion.ch I know how intimidating it can feel to walk into a dance studio for the first time, especially when you think everyone else already knows what they’re doing. That’s why I pay so much attention to how we welcome beginners. We start from the absolute basics, I explain every little detail, repeat things as many times as needed, and make sure nobody feels left behind. And my girls? They’re honestly the sweetest 🥹 The ones who’ve been dancing with me for a while are always cheering on the newcomers, helping each other, laughing together and celebrating every little improvement. I wish you could see how much changes between the first and the last class. The way they walk, move, look at themselves in the mirror… even the way they enter the studio. And yes, I’m very proud of every single one of them❤️ 👠 Our last Beginners season of 2026 is open for registration! Want to join our little FEMOTION world? 💌 DM SEASON and I’ll send you all the details! You can also find the registration form through the 🔗 in my bio. Fill it out, and I’ll personally get in touch with you! 🤍 🎥 @dancevision.ch by @femotion.ch
Backstage from today 📸 . Some people run, some journal, I put on 10-centimeter stilettos and step onto the dance floor 👠✨ High Heels dance isn’t just choreography for me—it’s pure therapy. It’s the space where I leave behind the noise, the weekly routine, and the overthinking. The second the music hits, every ounce of power, unapologetic feminine energy, and focus takes over. It resets my mind, grounds me, and leaves my soul completely full. Never apologize for the things that bring you back to life. What’s your version of therapy? Found this technical routine from MAY that I completely forgot to share with you! 😍 I was about to leave for vacation back then, and somehow this video got lost in my camera roll. Watching it again reminded me how much I LOVE our 2-hour class format! We had time for everything: heels basics, technical routines AND choreography. And honestly, I think this combination is one of the best ways to improve your dancing. Because learning choreography is one thing, but building the technique behind every movement is what really makes the difference. These days, we still have this 2-hour format in our Thursday High Heels Beginner Intensive, where we get to work on both technique and choreography without rushing through either. And if you’ve been thinking about joining us, you can still jump into our group TOMORROW! 🤍 Plus, registration for our NOVEMBER courses opens next week! 👀 STAY TUNED 👠 by @femotion.ch
The runway is wherever you walk, babe! 👠✨ You don’t need a fashion show to bring out your inner Victoria’s Secret Angel. A little confidence, good posture, a touch of attitude, and suddenly every sidewalk feels like your own catwalk💋 And that’s exactly why I love High Heels dance! It’s so much more than just learning choreography. It teaches you how to move, how to control your body, how to feel comfortable in heels, and most importantly, how to carry that confidence beyond the dance studio. Because once you discover that feeling, even a simple walk becomes a whole different experience🔥 by @femotion.ch
Growth starts outside your comfort zone ❤️‍🔥 And trust me, High Heels classes will DEFINITELY push you out of it. Especially when you’re starting from zero. Feeling awkward, insecure, comparing yourself to others, being scared to look silly… We’ve all been there. And so have I! The woman you see today is the result of years of stepping outside my comfort zone. And dancing has played a HUGE part in who I’ve become. That’s why I love seeing my girls slowly go from being afraid to move in front of others to confidently dancing on camera, in the studio, or even in the streets 🥹 So let’s get uncomfortable together! Dance, make mistakes, laugh, try again and become a little more confident every time. And for my last-minute girls, we still have a few spots! 💌 ✨ THURSDAYS (from Oct 15) — High Heels Beginner Intensive ✨ MONDAYS (from Oct 19) — Beginner & Intermediate Choreo Groups Come as you are. We’ll grow together ❤️ 🎥 @ana.scenes by @femotion.ch
