For the final weeks of the year, @femotion.ch is full of choreography, Christmas energy and girls who came for the dance and stayed for each other ❤️
Classes for complete beginners and for dancers ready for more, a Christmas choreography, final video shoots and a Christmas party to close the year together.
Whether you’ve been dancing with us all year or you’re thinking about your very first class, there’s a place for you this season 💃🏼

You’ve learned the basics. Now it’s time to actually dance 🖤
This group is for dancers who are still at a beginner level but already know the essential High Heels foundations:
• walking in heels
• basic balance and weight transfer
• simple body movements
• basic floorwork and transitions
• learning and remembering short combinations
You don’t need to feel confident in every element. You only need a basic understanding of High Heels and the wish to go deeper.
The choreography is explained clearly and step by step, with enough time to repeat the details and work through the harder parts until they feel like yours. On the final day we film it, and you’ll see yourself dance a complete piece from start to finish 🎥

For the girl who’s past „am I doing this right?“ and ready for „how do I make this unforgettable?“ 🔥
This group is for dancers who already feel comfortable with the High Heels foundations and have experience learning choreography. It’s for you if:
• you dance in heels regularly
• you feel comfortable with technique and floorwork
• you can learn choreography at a faster pace
• you want to challenge your coordination and movement quality
We spend less time breaking down the basics and more time on dynamics, musicality, transitions, performance and your own expression. Every class ends with you feeling a little more confident and a little more yourself.

💎 Can’t choose? Join both groups. You’ll learn two different choreographies with two different moods and styles.
