Facilitated a super powerful restorative justice circle in Harlem today with my Cohort of men. This is powerful work. I don't take lightly. Helping men name their feelings, identify sources of conflict, explore when they've caused harm, and things like that is so fucking powerful. Conflict is going to happen in intimate relationships. Feelings are going to be hurt. What we do there so it doesnt turn into harm and abuse is crucial. I'm learning. And as I'm learning, I'm teaching. I'm so fortunate to have folks invest in me to teach what I've learned, and indebted to the grown men allowing me to guide them.
