Definitely recommend the handgliding, it's the one of my favourite things to have done. A trip to Ihla Grande is a must too❤️

I’ve done 8 out of 10 since going to Rio for 5 yrs in a row staying for 2.5 months each time. There’s so much to do there, def moving back to my country in the near future. This US cold and high cost of living ain’t it 🤦🏽‍♂️😂

Flying in helicopter is just nice for the people in the helicopter, so I would advice against it. Plenty to do on the ground 😊
