I SLIPPED THOSE TWO DISCS RIGHT BACK IN🧚🏽‍♀️

Going from excruciating pain and having to lie on the couch for two days straight to impromptu deadlifting 200Kg pain free AND with better technique than I have ever done⁉️ (shoutout my rehab protocol @g_kelly 🧚🏽‍♀️)

Based off how bad my MRI was my doctor didn’t think I’d be deadlifting til next year but I’M JUST BUILT DIFFERENT🤪

But no more impromptu heavy deadlifts for the foreseeable the plan is to build and keep rehabbing to make sure I’m bullet proofed for LIFE

Before becoming one of the biggest names in internet comedy, Druski, born Drew Desbordes, was a college student at Georgia Southern University with dreams of becoming a sportscaster. After struggling with depression, he left college and moved back home. In 2017, he began posting comedy skits online, building an audience with his hilarious characters and relatable humor. What started as a creative outlet eventually opened doors to collaborations with major artists, sold-out tours, and opportunities beyond social media.

Now, Druski’s career has reached another level. He was reported to be the youngest host in BET Awards history in 2026 and ranked No. 7 on Forbes’ 2026 Top Creators list, with estimated annual earnings of $20 million and 38.5 million followers across platforms. His journey shows how taking a chance on your passion can lead to opportunities you never imagined, even when the road to success begins with personal struggles and uncertainty.

Nobody brings a casserole when a dream dies.

There’s no meal train for the friendship that drifted. No sympathy card for the job that went to someone else. No one checks on you the year you quietly stopped praying for that thing.

So we keep going. We tell ourselves it wasn’t big enough to grieve.

But there’s no such thing as a small loss. Something can be stolen from you. Something can be killed in you. Something can be destroyed around you. And if you never name it, it has a way of holding you back.

I wrote Don’t Let That Hold You Back for that exact place.

You don’t have to share yours here. But name it, even just to yourself. It still counts. 🤎 Comment GRIEF for a short free resource we created to help you on the journey of grieving the life you did not get.
