I was praying for a miracle this morning. It didn’t come. 💔 I woke up hoping that another rescue had stepped up overnight. That maybe some of these five dogs at Devore Shelter had been saved. But all five are still there. All five are facing euthanasia without rescue. I’m willing to pull a few, but here’s the thing: I COULD SAVE ALL FIVE IF PEOPLE WOULD STEP UP TO FOSTER. I’m begging you. These are small dogs, roughly 12–26 pounds. They need somewhere safe to land, someone willing to open their home and give them a chance. These are the five lives hanging in the balance: 🐾 ROCIO — Female, 9 years old, 11.7 lbs Brown Chihuahua. A senior girl who deserves the chance to grow old in a loving home. 🐾 HERMONIUS — Male, 17.5 lbs Cream Chihuahua. Age not provided by the shelter. 🐾 ASLAN — Male, 2 years old, 25 lbs Gold Chihuahua. A young boy with his whole life ahead of him. 🐾 FLORITA — Female, 6 years old, 18 lbs Black Spaniel. A little girl who deserves so much more than this ending. 🐾 LEONIDAS — Male, 26 lbs Black Chihuahua. Age not provided by the shelter. All five are designated rescue only due to behavioral concerns in the shelter. They have also been exposed to parvo and require appropriate precautions. They are kenneled with other dogs and reportedly doing well together. I don’t need five people to adopt five dogs forever. I need people willing to give them a safe place to land while we work on their futures. We can handle the rescue coordination. We just cannot keep taking dogs without somewhere for them to go. Please, Southern California. Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County. I’m begging you to consider fostering. 📍 Devore Animal Shelter — San Bernardino, CA APPLY TO FOSTER: compassionkind.org/foster If you cannot foster, please SHARE. If you can help financially with their care, please donate. Venmo: @compassionkind PayPal/Zelle: info@compassionkind.org I can save a few. With your help, I can save all five. Please don’t let their stories end here.
There are no words to describe the loss of someone as special as Liam. 💔 Liam was a shining light. He had a way of lighting up every room he walked into, a personality impossible to forget, and a heart that loved deeply. From family and friends to teammates, strangers, and people around the world, he inspired so many. He loved his people fiercely and would protect them with everything he had. Liam’s work ethic was incredible. When he put his mind to something, he gave it everything. He was talented at just about anything he tried and so proud of the life he was building and everything he accomplished. He loved filming, creating, and editing videos to share his experiences and inspire others. He wanted us to believe that no matter how hard life gets, you can always get back up and become a better version of yourself. Liam had his own struggles, too. He battled with alcohol on and off and knew it was hurting him. This is shared in the hope that his story reaches someone who needs it. If you're fighting that battle, please stay strong, reach out to your loved ones, and ask for help. You don't have to fight alone. Keep going. He wasn't perfect, and never pretended to be. But he always strived to grow and do better. He had dreams, ambitions, and so much more life to live. He had just turned 29. So many places to see, memories to make, and people to love. His life was tragically cut short in a motorcycle accident, leaving behind a heartbreak that words will never be able to describe. His laughter, energy, accomplishments, and the memories he created will live on through everyone he touched. Please keep his family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Life is fragile. Hug your people tighter, tell them you love them, forgive when you can, and never assume you have more time. Liam, you were one of a kind. You shined so bright, and the world is dimmer without you here. Fly high. You will never be forgotten. 🕊️❤️ With love in our hearts forever, rest in peace, His family Penny, Natalie, Dermot, Bethany, and girlfriend Jamie ❤️

KARLA ERDE It has been exactly one week since that sunny, cold autumn day when our baby girl joined the family. 24/10/2026, to be precise, with a view on the Venetian waters. A true Venetian from birth… mystical, more quiet than loud, feminine from her very first breath! We took her home by gondola, in the loving arms of her dear Papa… surrounded by joy, every day excitement and can’t wait to have all of our kids home for Christmas. There will be 5 of them this year! What an adventure! What a team we are!

Do this if he grabs you Arm drag to the back brings you to the safest place you can be in an attack, which is behind him. From here, take him down and go for the choke. #safety #selfdefense #jiujitsu
