Je bado kuna mtu anadhani Katiba mpya si muhimu? Bado kuna mtu anaamini hatuna la kujifunza Kenya? Je huko Malawi mtu akitekwa mnaweza kumburuza IGP Mahakamani??

A company lost its ideal candidate by trying to save ₹13K a month, and the hiring manager says the decision backfired spectacularly.

According to the manager, the candidate had four years of experience, an impressive portfolio and an excellent interview. She asked for ₹65K, comfortably within the advertised salary range of ₹60K to ₹70K. But when the manager approached the boss for approval, he reportedly instructed her to offer just ₹52K, believing the candidate wanted the job badly enough to accept less.

The candidate immediately questioned why the offer was below the advertised minimum. The manager claims she was told to explain that the budget had changed, leaving her to deliver the excuse herself. After asking for 24 hours to consider the offer, the candidate declined the following morning.

The boss reportedly reacted angrily, describing her as unprofessional, money-minded and insufficiently passionate about the company. The manager, however, believed the company had brought the rejection upon itself by refusing to honour its own advertised range.

The company eventually hired someone else at ₹52K, but according to the account, that employee left within six months. The story has sparked discussions about employers who expect candidates to compromise on salary while demanding experience, skills and commitment.

The biggest hiring mistake wasn’t losing the candidate. It was assuming she would accept less simply because she wanted the job.

There is a massive difference between treating fitness as a phase and treating it as a way of living.
When you see those of us in our 40s and beyond who are in incredible shape, you are looking at people who stopped making sacrifices a long time ago. Instead, we made a choice.
To the outside world, our lifestyle looks like a series of restrictions. No nights out, no junk food, no breaks. People think we possess superhuman willpower.
But from the inside, it requires almost no willpower at all.
Why? Because we made that choice which shifted our identity. We don’t crave junk food because it doesn’t agree with the body anymore. Instead, we eat what fuels us and makes us function well. There is no feeling of deprivation when your actions align perfectly with your values. For us, it isn’t a sacrifice; it is the ultimate form of self-respect.
Now, look at the other side of the coin.
A lot of people who look incredible at 25 will not maintain that look into their 40s.
At 25, youth provides a natural biological buffer. A fast metabolism and rapid recovery can easily compensate for a lot of lifestyle inconsistencies. The trap is that when staying in shape requires less effort, it’s easy to treat fitness as a temporary project rather than learning how to truly live this way.
But youth eventually expires. When that biological buffer fades and life gets complicated, a temporary project mindset completely collapses. You cannot outwork a changing biology without deep roots.
For us, fitness isn’t a project we run to when we have time—it is part of our daily life.

always been pretty in pink🌸

@lisabarlow14 is every bit the woman she portrays on Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.’

In person, she has a divine ability to deliver the instant one liners that have turned her into a TV favorite for fans and haters alike. This year she’s transformed that way for words into a burgeoning pop career too, with her first synth-heavy single “Baby Gorgeous” out earlier this year, and her second single “Echoes of You” on its way. At the link in bio, @the_internest meets Lisa Barlow for Vida shots to chat about her sagittarius energy, why she’s not afraid to be herself, and what’s next for her music career.
