Nesting thoughts 💭🐣 Having been a midwife prior to this you would think I’d have it all figured out😅 But honestly, having more knowledge doesn’t always help. Sometimes, it actually makes things feel harder. I’m still human, with my own experience, my own concerns and worries. I have a midwife because I recognise that I shouldn’t be making all the decisions on my own through an emotional or biased lens. Yes, I trust my body, but in this world I’m not sure if that’s enough anymore, and I think that’s true for almost everything in life. Isn’t that why coaches need coaches, doctors need doctors, and therapists need therapists? Knowing and doing aren’t the same thing, and I’ve learnt that there is so much value in the unteachable lessons we gain from personal experience. So, to all the mums here, what’s the best advice you received during pregnancy or motherhood? Help a new FTM out 🩷
A 23-year-old Arizona man, #ZarianDyer, has been arrested and charged after allegedly arranging for a stranger he met online to sexually assault his fiancée during a staged home invasion. __________________________________________________ His fiancée, #Bella Torres, a mother of two, was home with her children when 20-year-old #AdrianAyala allegedly went to her home and asked to use the bathroom. When she attempted to close the door, he reportedly kicked it open and forced his way inside. __________________________________________________ Bella fought back and eventually managed to get outside, where the struggle continued in the driveway. Home security footage captured the confrontation. During the attack, Ayala allegedly told her, “Your boyfriend told me you’d be into this.” __________________________________________________ Prosecutors allege Dyer instructed Ayala to FaceTime him during the attack. Dyer was arrested on October 29 and faces charges including aggravated assault, sexual abuse, attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and conspiracy. He is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond. 🎥: @12NewsAz
Jayson Tatum back like he never left🔥 Crushing it inside the arc, particularly driving it to the rim for buckets and fouls. He was a nightmare for Orlando to deal with today. He also currently ranks 5th leaguewide in assist% and 7th in usage rate. And for the less obvious stuff—he makes Boston’s defense WAY better. Very attentive off the ball and a superb secondary rim protector when their big has to sell out—or gets beat—somewhere else. Really impressed with how Tatum looks in these first two weeks as Boston improves to 5-1.
