Some Ella-magic ✨ for your viewing pleasure - chocolate rye sponge layers are on again this week!
On Fridays and Saturdays at Urbanstead you’ll find a cake on the counter, available whole or by the slice. This cake sprinted out the door last week, so we’re bringing it again.
Three layers of chcolate rye sponge sandwiched with whipped caramel and mascarpone cream, finished with a silky chocolate ganache, flaky salt and crushed cacao nibs.
We use @cuvee_chocolate in all our baking. We love the quality, integrity and flavour of their chocolate. Beautiful rye from @woodstockflour 🌾 Cake excellence from @ellacoop 🫶
