Ｍｅｄｉａ ｔｈａｔ．． Thank you @magdaotoolewriter for the tag 🖤 so glad I got to do this, saw a few people doing it yesterday First thing I will say my mum is a big Stephen king fan, so I watched a lot of his adaptations way too young 😂 but it definitely shaped me into who i am today so i can only thank her! Also Tim Curry’s Pennywise is still frightening this day, final destination plane crash scene is etched in my brain forever, the jumpscare in the car from haunting of hill house will always get me and both the book and movie adaption of the exorcist will forever scare me 😱 How are my picks? Do we share any of the same? Tagged a few of you if you wanna play along, lemme see your scares #booksta #bookstagram #horrorbooks #horrorbookstagram

Comment WORTH and I’ll send you the link to your Taurus Full Moon Workbook. 🌕 The Full Moon in Taurus rises Sunday, October 25 at 9:11 PM PT, and it’s asking you one powerful question: what are you holding onto that’s keeping you small? Inside the workbook: the grip ritual, horoscopes for every Rising sign, a Lunar Flow yoga sequence, and journaling prompts on what security really means. Your growth is waiting just outside your comfort zone. ♉
A viral video showing a Delhi-based content creator allegedly making racial remarks against a young man from Tripura has triggered widespread outrage, with Union Minister Kiren Rijiju demanding action. The creator, Amir Shokeen, is seen mocking the young man's appearance and comparing him to Michael Jackson and Chinese President Xi Jinping. He also allegedly makes derogatory remarks about Tripura, sparking accusations of racial harassment and hate speech. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju condemned the incident, calling Shokeen an “evil man” and saying he would face punishment. The controversy has drawn attention to the discrimination and racial stereotyping faced by people from Northeast India in mainland cities. The Youth Tipra Federation has filed a complaint against Shokeen, seeking action over the alleged harassment. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha has also directed state police to coordinate with Delhi Police and pursue the matter. Following the backlash, Shokeen issued an apology, claiming that the interaction was scripted and that he knew the young man personally. He said he had no intention of insulting anyone and expressed regret over hurting people's sentiments. However, the explanation has not stopped calls for accountability, with people questioning whether racial insults can be dismissed as humour simply because a video is presented as entertainment. The incident has renewed concerns about how people from Northeast India are treated because of their physical features and regional identities. The allegations are now under police scrutiny, as demands grow for action against racial harassment and greater respect for people from every part of the country.
Story time. Looking back at where I started, I remember how hard it was to read the comments, attend social events and even go for family functions just to feel like my body was everyone else’s public discussion. I reached a point where getting clicked felt uncomfortable. I had started working out 4 years ago, but I was always inconsistent also because of everything that was happening in life. I remember entering the gym which felt nothing less than a nightmare. I was so conscious of the constant judgements and criticism which made me quit working out. It took over my head and confidence. The thought of waking up and working out felt like a punishment. One random day, I texted @aman.liftheavy and told him I need to get back on track. From that very day, I’ve felt like I owed it to me and my body. It was tough, very very tough. But a huge shoutout to @chhabra_19 @get_a_grip.fit for helping me get back on track. We’ve come a long way, we have a longer road ahead. I am very happy when I see my progress today. I had forgotten how it felt to be fitter and happier.
