Yesterday, Mental Health First Aider Haley hosted a craft and wellbeing event for staff members. The session provided an opportunity for colleagues to take some time out, enjoy a warm drink and a selection of biscuits, and connect with one another in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

The event also gave staff the chance to socialise with colleagues they may not usually see or work alongside, helping to strengthen workplace connections and promote wellbeing.

During the evening, staff enjoyed creating decoupage bookmarks and coasters, taking home their handmade crafts while enjoying a positive, supportive social experience. The event was well received and gave staff a valuable opportunity to unwind, be creative, and enjoy time with colleagues.

One staff member commented, "It was my first time attending, and it won't be the last. It was great to have the opportunity to meet staff from other departments, had a good laugh and talk with others in a very relax environment.”
