Before you spend a dollar getting your home ready to sell, read this. 👇🏼

One of the easiest ways to waste money before listing is assuming every improvement will help your sale. Some projects can absolutely make a difference, while others might barely change how buyers see the home.

That’s why I’d much rather walk through the house with you first and figure out where your money will actually have an impact.

Depending on the property, I might tell you to fix something you’ve ignored for years or leave a perfectly good room alone instead of renovating it just because you think buyers expect it.

The goal is to spend intentionally before you list, not hand yourself an expensive to do list.
