That you have to do morning stretches in bed before putting your feet on the ground or spend the morning in pain.

Weird sharp sudden pains in your extremities. Wtf was that? I have them especially in the day time while I'm at work. Thank goodness I work with a bunch of women who understand and we can just laugh it off.

No one told me menopause isn't always a singular event. Ive been in menopause* THREE FREAKING TIMES!! Meaning *I had no period for a year* + it came back like nothing ever happened for 5 months! Then went well over a year of no period and got a full on 7 day period just like when I was regularly menstruating. Im 60 now and am finally in meno for a 3rd time!

I wear headphones cause when my cat whinges it sounds like a baby crying… plus my husband taps all the time . Headphones have been a life saver . Plus the fans 😂

Nobody warned me about half of that list, and hearing other women say it out loud is what finally made it feel normal instead of lonely.

Make sure you tell people who have had blood clots not to use any of this without talking to their doctors.💕

I think the thing the at blew me away the most, besides the itchy ears was getting approx 3 hrs of sleep and functioning like you had slept for 8! Now I feel blessed to sleep 6!
