Great Trek recap: This was my third year pacing the Great Trek, and I still remember that my very first race was the Great Trek 10K. This year I had the honour of pacing both the half marathon and the 10K. Thank you, @runvancanada , for creating such amazing running events. This isn’t just a race, it’s a memory for everyone.

None of this would happen without the volunteers working so hard behind the scenes. A special shout-out to @jhawkinss (Race Announcer), Alex, and Brandi, and to every volunteer who stayed out there even though it rained like crazy that day.

Thank you as well to everyone who came out to race, and to all the people who cheered. You made it special.
