To the left, to the right… 🍂🏃🏻‍♀️🧡

18K ✔️ my last long run before taper week.
ASICS Sonicblast in Orange carrying me through every kilometre. 🧡

Every kilometre on camera because apparently I needed receipts. 😂

Now we taper… and then we RACE. 🏁

Next stop: race day. ⏳🔥

10K of smiles, good vibes, and a little extra PINK 💕🎀🏃‍♀️

Had the best time being a Party Pacer at the UA Eastside 10K! Keeping the energy high, cheering everyone on, and running with my pink wig flying 😂💗

A huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers who kept us fueled, supported, and smiling along the course! You made the day even more special. 🫶🏼

And a big thank you to the photographer for capturing these fun moments 📸✨

We’re bringing the west coast out east for marathon weekend thanks to @flairairlines ✈️🌎💨

We can’t wait for west community team members Leticia & Amir to join us here in Toronto on race weekend this fall.

Check out why Amir and Leticia love running - very important reminders as we get closer and closer to the big day! 💚

Thanks for joining us and give them a warm Toronto welcome if you see them on race weekend!

There's something special about carrying a pace sign. 💙
Every "We've got this!", every high five, every smile, and every finish line reminds me why I love pacing. So proud of my 2:30 crew at the Vancouver Half Marathon. Thank you for trusting me with your race. You made this experience unforgettable. 🫶🏅 by @lelezitis
