The food noise quiets. The weight starts coming off. You finally feel some relief.
But there’s a question that can get overlooked:
“Am I giving my body what it needs while all this is happening?”
In my work, I’ve seen how a smaller appetite can leave people unsure about everyday meals.
Nothing sounds appealing, so lunch gets skipped. Protein becomes an afterthought. Fullness or constipation makes eating uncomfortable.
And because the scale is moving, those concerns can feel less urgent.
You deserve support while things are going well, too.
Support with:
🍳 Nourishing yourself when you’re barely hungry.
💪 Including protein and strength training to help protect muscle.
🍽️ Creating manageable meal routines.
💛 Adapting when your appetite or treatment plan changes.
Weight regain after stopping medication isn’t proof of failure. Even people with consistent habits can struggle, and some need ongoing treatment.
These skills still matter—for your strength, nourishment and confidence throughout the process.
That’s why I’m creating The GLP-1 SHIFT, an eight-week nutrition support program.
Doors open next week. DM me “SHIFT” to join the interest list.
Save this as a reminder: your progress deserves nourishment and support.
