Ingredients
* 2 cups full-fat dry milk powder
* 1/2 cup ghee
* 1 cup condensed milk
Instructions
1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat. Add the dry milk powder, ghee, and condensed milk.
2. Stir the mixture continuously so it doesn’t stick to the pan or form lumps.
3. Keep cooking until everything is well combined and the mixture turns crumbly.
4. Once it’s done, take it off the heat and let it cool completely.
5. Your crumbly khoya is ready! Perfect for desserts like gajar ka halwa, mithai, or halwa.
Note:
* If you want a smoother, non-crumbly khoya, add 1/2 cup of milk along with the other ingredients. Cook it until it thickens into a soft, dough-like texture.
