If you’re on an SNRI and considering MDM@, never supersede the advice of your prescribing professional. If you’re going to taper off in time for an experience, do it with your doctor involved, not around them, no matter how tempting the shortcut looks.
Once there’s FDA approval, this entire conversation moves from underground guesswork to an actual appointment. We’re not there yet, but it’s coming.

Anyone can still address this with their provider regardless of FDA approval. It’s up to the provider to be psychedelic informed in order to provide the best plan and/or support of a plan that is in alignment of the patient/participants goals.
