I am deeply disappointed by @bucketlisters . This event has advertising across several platforms throughout Philly and social media and the policy on "furry friends" is super inconsistent and confusing. The "fall fest" site I saw said "Paws included", so we went. After waiting over an hour in line, my 7 year old daughter and I were turned away because of our puppy. While disappointing, I'm a reasonable person, and can understand that, somewhere along the way, the multiple organizations advertising this had mixed messaging. Mistakes were made and they can't accommodate us. Fine. However, they now refuse to refund me for an event I did not attend and products I was not given. What looked like seasonal family fun now just seems like nothing but a cash grab. Awful customer service. It's not difficult to do the right thing.
