Leading up to this competition we really focused on making the takedowns flow into immediate offense from a guard passing perspective not allowing our opponents to make any space to get their guard back or rest to neutral positions.

We really trained Vinny to make an effort to put constant pressure on his opponents from the moment the referee said fight to the moment he scored a submission or the time stopped. Happy to see him put all of that into play on the competition mats
