Paul Hollywood, I think you were a little bit cruel with this one! 😂

Apparently this was the worst technical in 17 years, with every baker struggling to get theirs cooked through.

So.....I have Paul's original recipe, and it states 2 hours prep time!! Yet the bakers were given just 1 hour to make 8 flatbreads! 😳

I managed to make the dough and cook 3 flatbreads in an hour before I had to abandon the challenge and dash off to Pilates. If I cooked two at a time I think I could have just about done all of them.

To be fair, I had the full recipe, I'd watched the episode, and I knew what the finished flatbreads were supposed to look like.

My biggest struggle was keeping the grapes inside the dough. Every time I rolled it out, they squished straight back out the sides!

But the flatbreads I did manage to cook were cooked all the way through and absolutely delicious.

I personally think Paul should've given the bakers at least another half an hour.

Was Paul a bit harsh, or should the bakers have managed it in an hour? 👀
