What if the very thing we were historically taught to avoid is something our bodies actually need?

For many of us, we grew up in the low fat, no fat era, where we were taught to choose the lighter option, cut back where we could and believe that less fat meant healthier 👀 So it’s hardly surprising that so many still feel a little hesitant when it comes to putting fats back on our plates 🍽️

Omega-3 fatty acids EPA & DHAs are essential building blocks for our hormones 💪🏻 Unsaturated fats play an essential role for hormone synthesis, brain function, and your cellular membranes. Healthy fats like omega-3s also help regulate inflammation within the body.

Wonderful sources of unsaturated fats include, oily fish (salmon sardines Mackerel) nuts, seeds, avocados 🥑🐟
