Would I sell your formula twice?
A factory once asked me for the same product I had built for another client. They offered to pay more. I said no.
The formula belongs to the client I made it for. Not to me, and not to the next company that asks.
My rule: a product with a different function, I can take on. The same product, with the same function, for the same audience? No. That's a conflict of interest.
