A Conversation with Kelani Fatai

I had the opportunity to sit down with @kelanifatai: a Nigerian-based painter, known for his paintings that showcase the richness and uniqueness of Black beauty, who @mstinaknowles (mother of @beyonce, @solangeknowles, and @kellyrowland) handpicked to create the painting for the cover of her autobiography, ‘Matriarch’.

Talking on topics about what it looks like to perfect your gift, to not conform to what is expected of you, and the results he’s experienced with that mindset.

The full conversation comes out THIS FRIDAY, exclusively on Patreon
