The other day, my son John Michael said, “I’m proud of you.”

I was almost in tears. 🥹❤️

Then he told me he wanted to come to Rochester to hear me speak and support me. And here we are.

As a mother, I’ve spent so many years cheering for my children—encouraging them, believing in them, and showing up as they find their way.

To hear my son say he’s proud of me, and to have him beside me as I step into this chapter… whew. My heart is full heart.

Our children get to witness us growing, too. Dreaming. Finding our voices. Becoming.

John Michael, your words meant more than you know. I’m so grateful to share this moment with you. I love you. ❤️
