POSTS STORIES REELS

Life is moving and flowing, spinning and shifting… and I am here for it all. 💙💛

The new beginnings. The unexpected turns. The quiet moments that give me space to catch my breath and smile. Breathe…..

I’m learning to trust God through the changes 🔄 , make room for joy ✨ , and love the woman I am in this very moment ❤️.

Even as life moves, I can pause and enjoy being me. Imperfect but enough. Here’s your reminder, you get to pause and remember to love you too. 🫶🏽

You also belong in the beautiful parts of your life. ✨

As you move forward, pray forward, lift forward, and love forward… remember to bring yourself along.

The one who encourages deserves encouragement.
The one who pours into others deserves to receive.
The one who makes room for everyone else deserves room to simply be.

You deserve to experience the beauty you so freely bring into the lives of others. 🤎

Love others, by all means; Love you, Always🫶🏽.

POV: You’re moving in purpose and your voice has somewhere to be. 🎤✨

At Illuminate LIVE, I had the honor of being BOTH a panelist AND the fireside chat interviewer with founder Latia Vaughan🔥!!

Holding space. Asking meaningful questions. Speaking from the heart. Watching purpose unfold in real time.

The woman who has spent years helping others find their pulse is honoring what makes HER come alive, too. 🦋

Your gifts deserve room. Your voice deserves air. Your purpose deserves movement. You get to honor your God-given gifts.

What’s one step you can take toward yours today? 👑

What if this really is your time? What if you did move in faith? What if you did trust the process? What if it's everything you prayed for and dreamed of?? I was a featured speaker at Illuminate LIVE with founder Latia Tucker Vaughan and my mentor Lisa Nichols and Lisa Nichols-Motivating the Masses.
I am grateful for the amazing opportunity. My dream to serve from my heart by inspiring women leaders to lead with their mind, body, and spirits intact reached a new level because God made me visible to a Queen.
Don't shy away from the doors God opens for you to share your gifts. #TrustTheProcess #FaithWalk #IlluminateLIVE #DrDotsonSpeaks by @eyez2gaze

The other day, my son John Michael said, “I’m proud of you.”

I was almost in tears. 🥹❤️

Then he told me he wanted to come to Rochester to hear me speak and support me. And here we are.

As a mother, I’ve spent so many years cheering for my children—encouraging them, believing in them, and showing up as they find their way.

To hear my son say he’s proud of me, and to have him beside me as I step into this chapter… whew. My heart is full heart.

Our children get to witness us growing, too. Dreaming. Finding our voices. Becoming.

John Michael, your words meant more than you know. I’m so grateful to share this moment with you. I love you. ❤️

Motherhood has taught me that growth is never a solo journey—we rise because we love, support, and inspire one another. Today in Rochester, we’re celebrating every brave step toward becoming who we’re meant to be. ✨ 🦋

So grateful for all of my 4 Heartbeats ❤️💜🩷💙, wherever I am they are all with me! Mommy loves you all 🫶🏽!!

The intentional work looks different for us all, but we get to acknowledge that we're doing it and honor ourselves for showing up 💪🏽!! I honor you!!

This touched me more than you could know. 💙💛

I’m “Tracé D.” and in 1991, I had the privilege of helping create this mural alongside other students at Thee Fort Valley State University. To see it again more than 30 years later—knowing that the physical mural may be eventually painted over—is incredibly special.

Thank you for capturing this before it disappeared. What may have seemed like simply recording a wall became the preservation of a small piece of Wildcat History 🥹!!!

That mural represents more than paint. It represents young HBCU students creating, dreaming, expressing ourselves, and leaving a little piece of who we were on the campus that was preparing us for who we would become.

The wall may be painted over, but the history won’t be erased. You preserved it. And today, one of the students who helped paint it gets to see it again and say, “I was there. I helped create that.”

Forever proud of my alma mater. 💙💛
Fort Valley State University, we are blessed to be part of its history, and it will forever be part of ours.

Thank you for this gift Kalen Ward. 🙏🏾
