“From the heart of North Carolina comes the metallic hardcore band, LIGHT. Weaving the apocalyptic mysticism of Orthodox Christianity with the hidden turmoil of the human soul, LIGHT embraces the roots of what made metalcore great at its outset. Mining inspiration from early hardcore punk, Holy Terror, and Swedish death metal, their debut EP, Fear Not (produced by Jamie King), eschews the corporate polish of modern heavy music, capturing the raw spirit of the human struggle on the path to salvation in a dying world.”
