Ubud community, you’re invited to take a day for yourself—to slow down, express, create and reconnect at Samyama 🌿

Inspired by the element of water, we’ll explore shared song, vocal expression, a grief ritual of letting go, therapeutic art and intentional sound vibration. A space to honour what you carry and make room for what wants to emerge.

• 10–10:30 am: Welcome, opening circle & grounding meditation
• 10:30 am–1 pm: Vocal Opening & Alchemy with Uma Mayi
• 1–2 pm: Lunch—included
• 2–4:30 pm: Therapeutic Art & Vibrational Sound Medicine with Lisa Ascher
• 4:30–5 pm: Integration & closing circle
