When we talk about shadow work, we usually mean the parts we're ashamed of. But the shadow can also hold what we learned to hide because it was too much: too bright, too loud, too curious, too alive. Swipe through, and sit with the last question for a moment. What did you learn to make small, and what would it mean to let it take up space again? Save this for a quiet moment, or send it to someone who might need it. 🔖 Learn more from the link on our bio. by @samyamacenter
