You may still be looking at me like I have FOUR EYES or like I’ve completely lost my mind for voluntarily waking up at 5 AM.

But hear me out…

What if the way you started your morning could completely change the way you live your LIFE?

I truly believe that when you wake up with intention, it translates into EVERY other aspect of your day. You’re more disciplined, productive, you become a more patient mom, And instead of spending your entire day pouring into everyone else, you’ve already made the decision to pour into yourself first. Which, like they say, allows you to pour from a full cup.

And those little decisions, repeated consistently over YEARS, can completely change your life. And reflecting recently, I know it’s because of the decision I made four years ago to start waking up at 5 AM.

Four years ago, I never could’ve imagined the life I have today.

And while I don’t necessarily measure success by how much money I make, I now earn more than THREE TIMES what I made working as an engineer. But the BEST part? The time freedom.

Being able to work for myself, make my own schedule, drop my kids off at school, pick them up, and actually be PRESENT with them.

I wouldn’t trade that flexibility for ANY amount of money. And I truly don’t believe I would’ve gotten here without consistency, hard work, and making intentional time for myself every morning.

And if you’re wondering HOW THE HECK to become a morning person, there’s a book that completely changed my perspective on mornings.

Comment MORNING ☀️ and I’ll send you the book along with all my morning routine essentials!

@thejasminebrand: #Plies took some time this morning to give Black women their flowers! 💐❤️

After casting his ballot in the #midtermelections, the rapper shared a heartfelt video thanking Black women for all they do and continue to sacrifice. Reflecting on his voting experience, Plies revealed that seeing Black women volunteering at his polling location truly touched his heart. During the video, he even admitted that he was avoiding looking directly into the camera because he didn’t want to become too emotional. Still, he made sure to express his gratitude, stating, “I just want to thank y’all again from the bottom of my heart for how much y’all continue to sacrifice, continue to be on the right side of history, and just continue to be amazing people.”❤️ (SWIPE➡️)

Back pain treatments usually focus on easing the ache. A new injectable gel is aiming to fix the problem at its source 🦴💉

The discs between the bones in your spine act like shock absorbers, but injuries and aging can wear them down over time, often leading to chronic back pain.

Scientists are developing a hydrogel that can be injected into damaged discs to help repair the tissue and bring back some of their original structure. In a 2024 study, researchers tested it on damaged human spinal discs outside the body and saw encouraging gains in disc height and how well the discs handled pressure.

It’s still early. The gel needs more research and clinical trials before doctors can use it regularly, but if it pans out, it could someday help people heal their discs instead of living with the pain.

Steph Curry says he’s “shocked” any time he misses 😮‍💨🐐🎯
