So you want to take a top-down shot, but it just seems SO UNFLATTERING! 😰
I hear you! Here are a few tips and tricks next time you’re posing lying down:
1️⃣ Put an item behind your head. This helps to prop your head up and prevents that double chin from forming (speaking for myself here 😆😆) - a roll of tape or a small box will do the trick!
2️⃣ Turn your head to the side at a 45 degree angle - it helps to show your chin / jawline better and makes you look slimmer!
3️⃣ Create triangles with your arms and legs - this is a basic rule of posing that many people talk about and it applies when you’re posing lying down too! It makes your body shape more dynamic and interesting!
I hope this was helpful!!! I’d love to see how your poses turn out when you try a top-down shot like this! 😁
