Starting the day with a double peace sign and a duck face, because why choose one when you can do both? 😂✌️ I was actually just about to do my morning workout but then realized: taking cute mirror selfies in my bright blue set definitely counts as cardio, right? 😅💪 Honestly, these little moments in my tiny apartment (feat. my plant, who’s thriving waaaay more than I am lately) give me so much good energy! Who else feels instantly more sporty when their outfit matches? Or is that just me being a little extra today? 🙈 Stay positive and don’t forget to stretch – both physically and emotionally! 💙🌿🚀 #morningvibes #workoutfromhome #blueonblue #selflove #gapyearlife #positiveenergy #hannovergirl
The kids figured it out before the politicians did. New federal data shows the share of ninth-grade girls identifying as lesbian or bisexual collapsed from 30 percent in 2021 to 17 percent in 2025, with girls calling themselves bisexual falling by half, from 26 percent to 13. Researchers admit they are stumped. The trend started while Biden was still in office, so nobody can blame it on a change of administration. A generation that was marinated in this ideology from kindergarten is walking away from it the first chance it gets. That is awful news for a candidate who built his entire brand on the wave. Talarico made his name as the legislature’s gender crusader: voting against the bill protecting girls’ sports, voting against the ban on child gender procedures, promising the most inclusive policy imaginable on a hidden camera, and rattling off the names of his favorite drag queens like baseball cards. His whole pitch was that history was marching his way and Texas just needed to catch up. History just marched the other direction, led by fourteen-year-old girls who want nothing to do with the labels he spent his career handing out. There is a lesson in the numbers that no consultant can spin. Children are not ideological props. They are people, and when the adults finally stop pressuring them to sort themselves into categories, most of them choose normal life: friends, family, faith, and a future that has nothing to do with a pronoun pin. Talarico bet his Senate campaign on a cultural revolution that is already ending. On Tuesday, Texas can finish the job and send the revolution’s loudest preacher back to an empty room.

I came into this sport wanting to build a better body. I leave it wanting to build a better life. Bodybuilding has taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistency. Lessons I will carry into every other part of my life. Whatever the outcome, I’ve already made peace with it. I’ve given this sport everything I could, and I’m grateful for everything it has taught me. ❤️☝️💪
