Another glorious dinner, in the comfort of our home! Last night we hosted some of the team from the glorious robsfillingstation at our Chef’s Table in Sunny Upton
Thank you to the Lovely S&K (who hands down win the prize for most times dining at our Chef’s Table) for introducing us.
Last night we cooked everyone:
- SALT Cø. ‘Hot and Cold Egg’.
- Truffle and Cheddar Souffle, Aerated Cheese Sauce, Toasted Seeds, Herb Dressing.
- Lobster Tortellini, Raw Leek, Aerated Lobster Bisque, Parsley Oil.
- Palate Cleanser.
- Pan Roasted Smoked Venison Loin, Confit Beef Fat Potato, Carrot Puree, Apple and Chive Dressing.
- Chocolate Fondant.
- Chocolate Souffle.
- Petit Fours.
