🏐Coming Home to Nigeria 🇳🇬

The Australian High Commission was proud to support Coming Home, bringing NSW Swifts and Silver Ferns star Grace Nweke to Nigeria for the first time to reconnect with her heritage and help inspire the next generation of netballers.

Together with former Australian Diamond Carissa Tombs OAM, Grace joined young players, coaches and sporting leaders in Lagos for a week of clinics, coaching and engagement, with a strong focus on opportunities for women and girls.

Developed by TalentLockr Africa, in partnership with the Lagos State Netball Association, Nike and Australia’s Netball Development Academy, Coming Home is helping build lasting connections between Australian and Nigerian netball.
