An October site visit to one of our studentsโ latest barn conversion projects. ๐
These derelict barns have secured Class Q approval and will be transformed into luxury homes overlooking some pretty spectacular countryside.
Even better, the two developers behind the project met through propertyCEO and are now working together as a joint venture.
Barns, autumn views, a site walkthroughโฆ and the obligatory cuppa afterwards. โ๏ธ
Weโll be following this project as it takes shape.

Derelict barns with Class Q approval and those views, I'd love to see the finished homes!
