Think I will give up working now Done it for 45 years. Not any better off than people who have never worked. ! Never paid tax or insurance. Bloody joke of a country. It doesn't pay to work. Something far wrong with the broken system

Investing in the country and the poorest is a proper long term strategy that makes the country better for everyone. There are hard decisions to be made. Money to Ukraine means we don’t have to fight Russia in the near future. Things cost more, AI is taking jobs, big corporations don’t pay their taxes. This isn’t about people who don’t want to work.
