Growth requires us to challenge the way we think, get uncomfortable, and take action even when fear tells us otherwise.
Over the past several weeks, I’ve been part of BOLD, Keller Williams’ intensive coaching and training program focused on mindset, personal growth, and building successful real estate businesses. But the lessons go far beyond real estate.
A few of the BOLD Truths really stood out to me.
The Path Is in the Math. We talked about building wealth intentionally, not just doing the income-generating activities, but paying ourselves first, setting aside resources, and making decisions that support the future we’re creating.
Where Belief Lives, Fear Can’t. I broke a board with my hand! And before I did it, I was in my head. That experience reminded me how often we limit ourselves before we even try. Sometimes we have to get out of our own way to discover what we’re capable of.
No One Succeeds Alone. One of the most meaningful parts of BOLD was the community we built at our leadership table and watching agents throughout the room connect, encourage one another, and grow together. There’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who challenge you to become better while supporting each other’s success.

Love Is Always the Answer. ❤️
Love comes in many forms. It’s how we speak to ourselves, how we recognize our own worth, how we lead, and how we show up for others. Leadership is about more than helping people achieve results. It’s about caring about the people behind those results.
I’m walking away from this experience with a lot of gratitude for the people who challenge me, believe in me, and contribute to my growth.
The more we grow as leaders, the more we can help others grow. And that’s what makes it all worthwhile.
