📚🌸 My Vintage Book Collection – Nelson Editions
Today, I arranged my collection of vintage books published by Nelson, after adding the five beautiful volumes that arrived today.
My collection now consists of 21 volumes, which I have carefully organized on two shelves according to their literary themes.
📖 On the upper shelf, I placed romantic, psychological, and social novels, bringing together authors such as Grazia Deledda, Maurice Barrès, Ivan Turgenev, Alphonse Daudet, Victor Cherbuliez, and Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
Their works explore love, emotional struggles, human relationships, and the societies of their time, offering fascinating glimpses into different lives and eras.
📖 On the lower shelf, I arranged historical literature, adventure stories, fictionalized biographies, diaries, memoirs, and plays.
Here, you will find works by Alexandre Dumas, Dmitry Merezhkovsky, Amédée Achard, Pierre Loti, Marie Bashkirtseff, and Eugène Labiche, whose writings take us on journeys through history, remarkable experiences, and fascinating human destinies.
I completed the arrangement with a few delicate porcelain pieces, creating the elegant, nostalgic atmosphere of a little library from another era.
To me, each volume is a small literary treasure, a beautiful piece of the past, and an invitation to discover worlds that continue to live through the pages of books. 🤍📚
