To every corporate Christian girlie , Jesus did not ask you to blend in at work. 😭😅
There is a temptation to compartmentalise. To be Christian on Sunday and just professional Monday to Friday. To tone it down because the office feels like the wrong room for it.
But today my colleague @iam_omeche reminded me of something simple and powerful, carry Jesus wherever you are. No matter how short the period. No matter how professional the setting.
Leave them with the Jesus effect.
Not a sermon at every meeting. Just the undeniable evidence of something different about you. The way you handle pressure. The way you treat people. The peace that does not make sense given your workload.
Matthew 5:14 says we are the light of the world. Not just your church. The world. Which includes your office. 🤍
You were not placed there to blend in. You were placed there to shine. 🙏🏾“
