Had a great time playing open decks at Masada on Monday. The system there is amazing. I was stunned by how clear and full the music was.
Met lots of cool people. Shoutout to @olah_sound for recording my set after ripping his bass set. @nano.dsst laid down a bomb tech house set, and @mrmexican gave me a run for my money with his own funky percussive hardgroove set, putting people on to this wildly underrated subgenre so rare to find in Chicago clubs. Very serendipitous that we’d be playing such similar styles on the same night at the same club!
Shoutout to @thegeekafterdark for pulling up too. Dude loves supporting local talent.
Shoutout to @industrymondayz @masadachicago @moremosaicevents @shadi_ramli for the opportunity, I had a blast!
