Every time we walked on the beach, all I could picture was you running straight into the waves like you own the ocean. Every hike we did was so dog friendly, and every single time, I caught myself saying “he would have loved this.”

This was our last trip as a couple before your little sibling arrives. It was truly a wonderful trip, and I’ll treasure those quiet moments with your dad forever.
