Autumn has never been my favorite season, but I feel like it teaches me something beautiful every year - to fall in love with life a little more, simply by noticing the little things.
Like making my favorite hot tea to warm myself up, lighting a candle that fills the room with a lovely scent, or enjoying those incredibly sweet seasonal grapes.
The smell of dry autumn leaves, the streets covered in so many colors that it almost looks like someone has painted them by hand.
Even the rain, which I’ve never really liked, feels different when I’m watching it through the window, wrapped in a cozy blanket with a cup of tea, feeling like I’m in a movie.
Or those chilly autumn mornings when the room is still cold, and slipping into a warm sweater feels like the first little hug of the day.
I think autumn reminds me that we don’t always need something extraordinary to feel happy. Sometimes, it’s about learning to notice all those tiny, beautiful details of everyday life and finding happiness in them ourselves. 🤎🍂
