I can remember my parents got thier house for 195.8k in Manalapan in 1986 and now the house is been pricing for 978k isn't that massive?

My grandma sold her waterfront belmar home for under 400k in 99. It's listed for 2+ million now. Our first townhome in Fairway Mews is worth 1.2 million. It's sickening. I'm in Dallas and even though real estate is crazy here, too, I would be able to afford jack in any part of Monmouth I'd want to live in.
