🚙🌿 Have you driven the Freshwater 4WD Track from Rainbow Beach through to Teewah Beach?
📍Located in the Cooloola Recreation Area within Great Sandy National Park, QLD… this track takes you on a beautiful inland adventure before bringing you out onto the open beach! 🌊😍
We loved winding our way through the bushland, but it was the giant strangler figs that really took us by surprise! 😮🌳 Absolutely magnificent!
🚙Planning to explore it yourself?
• Access is via Freshwater Road, off Rainbow Beach Road, south of Rainbow Beach township.
• A suitable high-clearance 4WD and a valid vehicle access permit are required for the sandy track beyond Bymien day-use area.

Yes we have. Also did the sand driving training course with the Toyota Landcruiser Club of QLD many years ago on that same drive! It a wonderful experience! Also camped at Tin Can Bay nearby .
