Afternoons at the Coloured Sands. ❤️ This place had us sitting there for ages, just taking it all in. The most beautiful backdrop stretching for miles, with rust reds, turmeric yellows and layers of earthy colour shaped by time. We couldn’t resist getting the brushes out and pushing some of those colours around on paper. There’s so much inspiration in a landscape like this. The colours, the textures, the sheer geological beauty of it all. And of course, a good excuse to let the tyres down and go beach driving. One of those lovely afternoons where we get to combine a few of our favourite things. 🌾 📍 Rainbow Beach, Cooloola Coast, Queensland 🇦🇺 Features in our upcoming Travel Video on You Tube🎥 . . . #ArtzoneTravels #ExploreAustralia #CaravanningAustralia #AustralianCoastline RainbowBeach CooloolaCoast BeachDriving 4WDAustralia OffGridAustralia AustralianLandscapes DiscoverQueensland AustraliaThroughOurEyes CreativeInspiration TravelAustralia TakeTime by @artzone_travels

🚙🌿 Have you driven the Freshwater 4WD Track from Rainbow Beach through to Teewah Beach? 📍Located in the Cooloola Recreation Area within Great Sandy National Park, QLD… this track takes you on a beautiful inland adventure before bringing you out onto the open beach! 🌊😍 We loved winding our way through the bushland, but it was the giant strangler figs that really took us by surprise! 😮🌳 Absolutely magnificent! 🚙Planning to explore it yourself? • Access is via Freshwater Road, off Rainbow Beach Road, south of Rainbow Beach township. • A suitable high-clearance 4WD and a valid vehicle access permit are required for the sandy track beyond Bymien day-use area. 🎬 You can catch more of this adventure in our latest YouTube video! Have you explored this track yet, or is it still on your bucket list? 🚙👇 . . . #ArtzoneTravels #FreshwaterTrack #RainbowBeach #TeewahBeach #CooloolaCoast 4WDAdventures QueenslandAustralia ExploreAustralia TravelAustralia by @artzone_travels
