Ascension Laboratories - A Center of Scientific Innovation

I figured I would officially post this animatic since I talk about it so much and I’m so excited to start animating it soon. It’s a minute long opening sequence for the Ascension Labs movie, or it’s working/placeholder title, “Ascension”

This sequence has been stuck in my head for about a year and a half at this point, and over this last summer, I was able to storyboard and get it into the animatic stage. Ever since the first time I heard the song “Introduction” by Solar Fields, which is originally from the game “Mirror’s Edge,” this concept has been living in my head. Every time this song decides to play, I remember what I’m working towards. I remember to keep following my dreams, because I cannot wait for this movie and this story to come to fruition.

I edited all the audio and added in all the sound effects too, I am proud of it. I’m proud of this whole thing, and I can’t wait to finish it because it’s absolutely my most ambitious project to date 😛
