The cool part is I actually never opened Blender once, I did it all through talking to Astra. I started with a reference image of a nostalgic 90s bedroom, then used Astra to model the objects (+ Tripo), set up the lighting, animate the scene, and even create simulations. The skill also works with Claude and Codex, so you can experiment with it and build your own scenes 💪 @openai @tripo.ai @blender.official
Pull day. Usually I train one group of muscle per day but I want to hit every muscle 2x per week (no arms) so my workout split now is push, pull, legs, rest & repeat. 💪🏽 3 working sets per exercise, 8-12 controlled reps.
