The energy in Seoul was next level! 🇰🇷🔥
So honored to lead the AFAA Master Course for Korea’s top fitness professionals. Training the trainers is always a rewarding challenge, but this group brought unmatched focus and passion to the floor.
Huge thank you to all the trainers who showed up, worked hard, and leveled up their coaching game. We are just getting started!
🔊 Sound on to feel the room's energy!
Thank you @afic_asia @afic_jane_founder @dragoneyehongkong @andrewstephend for trusting me to lead 🙏🏻

That workout was completely insane, 😂 but you actually got someone with zero stamina like me through it😮😮. You truly make the best classes ever.❤️❤️
