“Attraction is a miracle.” - In the words of my dad. ❤️
And I believe a miracle like that deserves to be celebrated, cherished, and expressed without shame.
When you find someone you’re genuinely drawn to, someone whose presence delights you and whose heart you desire to know, why should loving them become something you hide?
To be naked and not ashamed is to be comfortable enough in love to be seen. Not because your relationship is perfect, but because you have nothing to be ashamed of in choosing, honouring, and loving each other.
Your love doesn’t have to be loud, but it shouldn’t have to live in hiding either.
Being special is not a reason to avoid the public eye. Sometimes, it is all the more reason to stand proudly beside the person you love, to hold their hand without hesitation, and to let the world know, “I am glad this is my person.”
Of course, privacy is healthy. Every relationship deserves boundaries. But privacy is different from secrecy, and there is a difference between protecting your relationship and hiding the person you’re in a relationship with.
So, celebrate the miracle of attraction. Relish the gift of finding someone you love. Be intentional about the love you share, and don’t be ashamed to let it show.
